Like most things in life, your WordPress website requires continual support and maintenance. Sign up for our Red kite WordPress support package to allow EVC to take care of the maintenance and upkeep of your website for you. With this package you will receive the following services:
- weekly updates of the WordPress central management system and outdated themes and plugins
- 300 minutes per month of extra support time
- responsive communication by email and phone
- 1 monthly manual backup of your website stored locally on a hard drive
This WordPress support package is available for a minimum of 3 months.
10 and 20% discounts are available on purchases of 6 and 12 months of support, respectively.

What is meant by “extra support time”?
Extra support time is the amount of time Eden Valley Creative is able to carry out work on your website for you in addition to the tasks stated in the support package.
What sort of work are you able to carry out during the support time?
Common examples of work carried out during the monthly support time are changes to website page content or layout, adding e-commerce products, implementing on-page SEO for blog posts or products, adding pictures to a gallery, fixing technical issues, creating manual backups saved to a local hard drive, making extra updates to the theme, plugins or WP.
Tasks that are classed under marketing, such as email campaigns, blog writing, social media posting etc, do not qualify for execution during your support time. For such tasks please refer to our marketing packages.
What if the completion of a task takes longer than the support time allowance of my package?
Before starting any task that you wish us to carry out during your support time, Eden Valley Creative will provide an estimate of how long the task will take. The duration of time that goes beyond the support time allowance will be charged separately at an hourly rate. Alternatively, you could choose to have the work put on hold until the following month.
Can I carry forward unused support time to the following month?
Unused support time cannot be carried forward to a future month.
I want the wren package, but it doesn’t include a monthly manual backup to a local hard drive. Can I purchase it as an add-on?
The wren package comes with 15 minutes extra support time, which, unless you have a large website with lots of content, would likely be enough time for us to carry out a manual backup for you if you wish us to. Alternatively, you can purchase extra support time. Extra support minutes purchased separately from the packages expire after 90 days.
